When you arrive at Toronto Pearson International Airport, please find your way to the baggage claim area. Once you have collected your luggage from the baggage claim area simply follow the exit signs. Upon arrival, please board the Link train to Viscount Station, then proceed down the stairs where you will find a courtesy phone to call for pickup. Once you get to the pick-up location, please proceed to the Payless counter for further assistance where you will get your rental agreement and the keys to your rented vehicle.

Helpful information when using Payless Car Rental at Toronto Pearson Airport

Please be aware that vehicles entering the USA are subject to a border-crossing fee of $13.00 CAD per day. Kilometers are limited to 200 kilometers per day. There will be an additional fee of $0.20 CAD for each additional kilometer driven during your entire rental.

All renters and drivers must be a minimum of 21 years. There will also be an additional cost for all renters under the age of 25 years. The extra cost is $25.00 per day.

Returning your rented vehicle to Payless at Toronto Airport

When you are ready to depart from Toronto Pearson International Airport after your stay, you simply have to follow the signs back to Viscount Station where you can return your vehicle. Once you have returned your car, you can take the Terminal Link train back to the airport terminals.
